AOCS/GNC Engineer

NORZVA is seeking experienced AOCS and GNC Engineers to deliver mission-critical attitude control and guidance systems for spacecraft and satellite programmes.

OPEN LEVELS

Mid Level (2–5 Years) — Design and validate AOCS control laws, build simulation environments and support V&V activities with growing independence.

Senior (5+ Years) — Lead AOCS/GNC architecture decisions, own mission-critical design deliverables and represent NORZVA as technical authority with clients.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

– Design attitude and orbit control algorithms for spacecraft systems
– Develop high-fidelity simulation environments in MATLAB and Simulink
– Perform verification and validation of control system performance
– Produce ECSS-compliant technical documentation and design reports
– Support spacecraft AIT activities and SCOE platform development
– Lead technical reviews with clients and stakeholders

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

– Degree in Aerospace, Control Systems or related engineering field
– Proven experience in AOCS or GNC engineering for space systems
– Strong MATLAB and Simulink skills with spacecraft simulation experience
– Understanding of ECSS standards and space systems engineering
– Experience with orbital mechanics and attitude determination algorithms

NICE TO HAVE

– Experience with STK, GMAT or Systems Tool Kit
– Knowledge of reaction wheels, magnetorquers or thruster systems
– Familiarity with SysML or model-based systems engineering
