NORZVA is looking for Mission Analysis Engineers to perform orbital analysis, trajectory design and mission planning for spacecraft and satellite programmes — delivering mission-critical analysis to ESA-standard quality.

OPEN LEVELS

Intern
Support orbital analysis tasks, data processing and mission documentation under senior engineer guidance. Ideal for final year students in aerospace or related
engineering with strong mathematics background.

Junior (0–2 Years)
Perform basic orbital mechanics calculations, support
trajectory design tasks and contribute to mission
analysis reports on live client programmes.

Mid Level (2–5 Years)
Lead mission analysis tasks independently, develop orbital simulation tools and own mission analysis deliverables on client projects.

Senior (5+ Years)
Lead mission design and analysis activities, define mission architecture and represent NORZVA as technical authority on mission analysis with clients.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

– Perform orbital mechanics and trajectory analysis for spacecraft missions
– Develop and validate mission analysis tools using MATLAB, Python and STK
– Conduct launch window analysis, delta-V budgeting and propellant estimation
– Support mission phase planning and operations analysis
– Produce mission analysis reports to ECSS standards
– Interface with systems and AOCS engineers on mission design trades

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

– Degree in Aerospace, Mathematics, Physics or related engineering field
– Strong knowledge of orbital mechanics and astrodynamics fundamentals
– Experience with MATLAB, Python, STK or GMAT
– Understanding of spacecraft mission phases and operations concepts
– Strong analytical and numerical skills

NICE TO HAVE

– Experience with STK, GMAT or Orekit tools
– Knowledge of launch vehicle performance and trajectory optimisation
– Familiarity with ECSS mission analysis standards
