Intern
Support payload documentation, test data analysis and interface control document preparation under senior engineer guidance. Ideal for final year students in aerospace, electronics or physics.

Junior (0–2 Years)
Contribute to payload requirements definition, interface design and payload testing activities on live client programmes.

Mid Level (2–5 Years)
Lead payload engineering tasks independently, manage payload interfaces with spacecraft bus and own payload deliverables on client projects.

Senior (5+ Years)
Lead payload system design and integration, manage payload engineering teams and represent NORZVA as payload technical authority with clients.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

– Define and manage payload system requirements and interfaces
– Support payload design, development and integration activities
– Perform payload performance analysis and budgeting activities
– Develop and execute payload test procedures and acceptance tests
– Produce payload engineering documentation to ECSS standards
– Interface with spacecraft bus and systems engineering teams

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

– Degree in Aerospace, Electronics, Physics or related engineering field
– Knowledge of spacecraft payload systems and instrument engineering
– Experience with payload interface definition and requirements management
– Understanding of ECSS standards and spacecraft engineering lifecycle
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

NICE TO HAVE

– Experience with optical, radar or communication payload systems
– Knowledge of thermal and structural payload design considerations
– Familiarity with payload data handling systems
