NORZVA is looking for Predictive Maintenance Engineers at all levels — from fresh interns to experienced senior engineers — to join our growing maritime technology team. You will work on real predictive maintenance projects including AI-driven condition monitoring systems, vessel equipment health monitoring and maintenance scheduling platforms delivered to maritime industry standards.

OPEN LEVELS

Intern
Support predictive maintenance documentation, sensor data processing and system testing under senior engineer guidance. Ideal for final year students in mechanical, electronics or data engineering.

Junior (0–2 Years)
Develop condition monitoring software modules, contribute to sensor integration and support client deliverables on live maritime maintenance programmes.

Mid Level (2–5 Years)
Lead predictive maintenance system development independently, manage sensor interfaces and own technical deliverables on client projects.

Senior (5+ Years)
Lead full predictive maintenance platform architecture and delivery, manage engineering teams and represent NORZVA as technical authority with maritime clients.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

– Design and develop AI-driven condition monitoring systems for vessel equipment
– Integrate vibration, temperature and pressure sensors with monitoring platforms
– Develop predictive algorithms for equipment failure detection and prevention
– Build maintenance scheduling and reporting dashboards for vessel operators
– Perform system validation and testing on real vessel equipment data
– Produce technical documentation and operator training materials

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

– Degree in Mechanical, Electronics, Software or Data Engineering field
– Experience in condition monitoring or predictive maintenance systems
– Knowledge of sensor integration and industrial communication protocols
– Understanding of machine learning for predictive analytics applications
– Strong Python or similar programming skills for data analysis

NICE TO HAVE

– Experience with vibration analysis and rotating machinery diagnostics
– Knowledge of vessel machinery systems and marine engineering
– Familiarity with IIoT platforms and edge computing systems
